I've got a question about temperature gauge operation.  I've always owned
Soobies and noticed that once the engine reaches operating temperature the
temperature gauge never moves in the slightest.  Yet I can feel hotter air

experience of 'almost' purchasing a 2001 Outback Wagon Limited Edition with
78,000 miles from a local large dealership.  The asking price for this

Any reason not to go to 225/50 R16 instead of 205/55 R16 on an '02 wrx wagon
with stock rims?

i have a 98 forester with 103,000 miles.
problem:  sometimes shimmying on left front wheel.  more often when going up
hill.  stops when i let up on accelerator.  rotated tires, no change.  bot
new set of yokohama avids, no change.  probably worn part in front wheel?

My 2004 WRX STi is a pain in the butt with its low ground clearance. I
don't know if it's just Ohio roads, or what, but often when pulling from

My daughter's 95 impreza started to make noise. Initially, I thought it
was related to the water pump but after some looking around I've
pinpointed it to the flywheel.
When she told me what it was doing, I pulled the car in the driveway,

I have a '95 Impreza turbo wagon Auto and when changing gear under hard
acceleration it seems like its missing the change and keeps trying to find
the gear. Obviously the revs bounce up and down and the last time I think I
noticed a burning smell. Any ideas?

the backlight on the clock in my instrument cluster (tach gauge) has gone
out, and i suspect that a bulb replacement is all that's called for.  but
i can't find a good set of instructions to access this area.  is there an
online resource for this?  thanks!
