Help! I went to the gas station today only to find that my gas cap wouldn't come off. All it does it make a racheting sound and yes, I'm turning it in the proper direction :)

This is yet another headlight thread. I have a 2001 Outback wagon and the headlights are terrible. I would like to change them out to something brighter. Can I do this without changing the wiring? How easy is it to change headlights

I know that in Outback '05 (and similar) there is no way to put after market MP3 player. So I got this FM modulator: http://www.vr-3.com/vr3_fmmod.html I tried it in my garage and so far I am very impress with quality. PS: I am NOT affiliated with the maker of this device.

Does anyone know if there is a starter relay that could go bad, and prevent the starter from operating on a 1995 Subaru Legacy Wagon? I am getting click- click- click, then it sometimes ingages. Thanks,
