Does anyone know what the front/rear AWD split is on the 2006 Forester
X Auto?
Regards,
Han.
Noises from the Dash24 Mar 2006 00:04 GMT7
I recently bought a 1995 Subaru Legacy Wagon/Estate 2.0l. Its an auto
and has done 77000miles. The only thing wrong with it is it makes a
Gurgling sound, the sound of running water, (my wife likes it, she
reckons it is a 'water feature') coming from behind the dashboard. It's
Xzibit - Please Pimp my ride!23 Mar 2006 02:02 GMT3
Ya ... I know, that ain't gonna happen. The shows dead.
I'm just feeling a bit down. Got a 1997 Legacy Outback that
is showing its age. Haven't been able to use it for several
weeks now due to engine problems & lack of funds.
2001 Outback fuse to cig lighter blows22 Mar 2006 23:51 GMT3
One day, recently, I noticed that the cigarette lighter doesn't work,
so now I can't charge my cell phone!  Yea Yea, I know.. but I have kids
and grandkids!  I also notice that my heated seats don't heat, my
heated mirrors don't defrost, my electrical mirrors don't adjust, my

1982 subaru 1.8l wagon22 Mar 2006 13:14 GMT2
This car has been retired due to body rot.  The engine is still good
and all components on it.  I am calling the junk yard soon to have it
hauled off.  Just thought I would post on here first and see if anyone
needs anything off of it.
CEL, dealer says I need new catalytic converters22 Mar 2006 06:55 GMT10
I have a 99 SOW with 105K miles. This past weekend the CEL came on and
I took it to the dealer. They say they pulled code P0420 (Cat
efficiency below threshold bank 1), and told me I need to "replace
catalytic converters and possibly both sensors and hardware."
220/55 17" Forester 05 XT Prodrive22 Mar 2006 06:16 GMT2
Any recomendations on the correct tyre pressures, and good replacement
tyres.
Im currently running Pirelli P6000's but suffer a little understear.
The front left is also scrubbing off on the outer edge.
Position of the brake and accelerator pedals in 2006 Outback wagon22 Mar 2006 03:31 GMT4
Anyone else find them too far to the left (and the center console covering
too much space to the left, too)?  I get a cramp in my leg after 30 minutes
or so of driving the car...
2006 Outback 3.0R VDC wagon dual climate control22 Mar 2006 03:26 GMT2
Have a few questions...
1.  How does the passenger side sense things.  I see the two sensor slots on
the driver side of the center console, but, see no equivalent on the
passenger side.
2006 Forester - X or XS22 Mar 2006 01:39 GMT8
Looking at a Forester in canada, trying to decide between the X & XS.
I don't care about most of the options in the XS (heated seats, cargo
covers, etc), but the 2 things I wonder about are the limited slip
differential and the improved braking (some elctronic transfer plus 4
1988 DL Wagon Intake Manifold Seized21 Mar 2006 13:48 GMT6
I recently embarked on a project to replace the head gaskets on my 1988
Subaru DL wagon and the two tall bolts on each side of the intake
manifold broke when I tried to remove them. Now that I have all the
bolt heads off the intake manifold it appears that the remaining bolt
Kenwood Navigation DVD v 2.221 Mar 2006 01:52 GMT6
I have an European 2004 H6 Subaru Legacy with a Kenwood Navigation
system (built-in). It came with DVD v 1.1 2003-2004 (86283AG011) and I
recently gave the newer version a try, V2.2 2004-2005.
What a disappointment. Althout bigger in raw data size (close to 700MB

02 WRX Tune-up21 Mar 2006 01:16 GMT3
I have an 2002 Subaru WRX with 62,000 miles.  I want to get the 60k
service done, but I don't want to pay $1,000.  I am not saying my car
is not worthy of me spending $1,000 to service it, but I think there is
a less expensive way.
