Does anyone know whether the 03 Forester equip with a cabin air filter?

I need some advice on how to remove and replace the driver's side door lock
cylinder on my 1998 Legacy L.  The key doesn't turn in the lock anymore.

A few months ago, my friend's car began getting extremely poor mileage

I replaced the wiper blades on my 2004 Outback Wagon with new blades that squeak
and jump across the windshield.  I replaced those, same problem.  Any
recommendations for quality blades that won't jump around?

Is topping-off the brake fluid reservoir a routine maintenance task?
I have gone to this local quick-lube place several times, NOT
Jiffy-Lube, each time they top-off my brake fluid. I caught them on the
