| 2000-2004 Outbacks Flex Fuel Capable? | 15 Jun 2006 03:32 GMT | 5 |
I'm wondering if any of the 2000-2004 (or 2005+) Subaru's are flex fuel capable being able to handle E85? If not, is the modification to the fuel system possible to allow it?

| External Auto Tranny Filter on '99 OBW | 12 Jun 2006 17:47 GMT | 5 |
My tranny has been acting wierd since I got this car three years ago. At the time, I flushed the fluid which didn't help. I though there was no external filter, but poking around I see that there sure seems to be one, right on top of the tranny itself.

My parents have a 2005 OB Wagon and we have a 2006. Both cars have airbags in the side of the seats. When we call the dealer about seatcovers that won't interfere with the airbags they say "we'd never thought about that before".

I just "found" this group and it is good to find some Subaru owners and fixers :) I have a sound like hydraulic valve when I start the engine. It goes away fast and is less obvious when starting the car with the engine warm. Also a ticking at speed when cruising. Less when
