Does window tint come as a factory option on Forester?

Anyone experienced their clutch pedal not returning all the way? It also
seem that the engage point is 1/2" off the floor. Resovior is full.

I'm trying to get the right rear lens off of my 95 Legacy Wagon.  It has
become cracked and I want to get it out and onto a bench of some sort so I
can attempt to seal the crack.
When accessing it through the "replace the bulbs" hatch I found two bolts

so what are the lowest prices you all been paying for these cars.  They
are the ones I am considering and of course hope to pay as least as

Do these have the"fly by wire" throttle control systems?
If so, is there an annoying hesitation for the engine to
respond to the accelerator pedal of maybe 1/2 to 1 second?

Should I expect better fuel mileage using cruise control around town and
on the highway?  I like to use it to avoid drifting over the speed

It has been sitting for quite a while but still starts and runs pretty

I want to change my own oil in my 2002 Subaru Forester, but have never
done it myself before on this vehicle.  Previously, I've just taken it
to Jiffy Lube, etc.  I've changed my oil previously on other vehicles,
so I know the procedure.
