When I started out on an errand I noticed the spedometer and odometers
weren't working!  So, I ran home, looked around for a possible reason, but
couldn't see anything obvious.  I had to make another trip, but this time
the spedometer was working.  Has anyone heard of similar ...

Some moron aimed the headlights on a 99 Legacy wagon of my acquaintance

and I'm trying to rectify this situation...
On inspection, I find that the owner's manual doesn't appear to have a
Odd sound at full throttle?20 Nov 2006 00:17 GMT2
Hello all, I just bought a 05 WRX. And I just noticed that when I give
it full throttle, there is a wooshing sound. Like air is being sucked
in our leaking out. I was just wondering if this is normal... there is
an aftermarket blow off valve on it and I think maybe is not adjusted

Car washes and AWD18 Nov 2006 09:11 GMT13
Howdy folks,
Is there any danger taking an AWD car through an automatic car wash?  I
recently bought an '06 OBW, and it was news to me when the dealer told us to
never allow the car to be towed other than on a flatbed.  So that got me
Unleaded smell18 Nov 2006 09:05 GMT4
I have always had a whiff of rotten egg gas whenever accelerating heavily in
my 05 OB. Lately however the smell is more evident even when driving

heater core...18 Nov 2006 01:52 GMT5
I have an 86 GL-10, and it hasn't been making heat. I have come to the
conclusion that the heater core is bad, since one hose is hot and the
other is cold. I have called around, and the price to get a new one is
like 600 bucks. Thats about 3/4 of what the car is worth. Heater cores

was in July 2004. Now I'm getting the same symptoms again, heavy
