Hi again, my friend told me his problem with his impreza turbo (r plate
1999)his problem is this; the car starts and runs fine up until 4000 revs
then as he says engine dies/looses power/gurgles but ok again when below
4k revs!! has anybody had this fault as he doesnt want to go to ...

1992 Subaru Legacy L wagon AWD non-turbo non-ABS
I'm in the midwest in the U.S.  With the cold weather that has beset
us, I hear wheel bearing noise from the left front wheel.  Goes away
after I drive a couple of miles.  I don't hear it when driving from

The plastic headlight cover things that my headlights are in have become
badly pitted over the years, and now the headlights are very noticeably dim.
I went to the dealer and they said you have to replace the entire assemply
for about $280...each(!!!).

looking to replace my alternator now and I am wondering if I should go

I have a 1987 Chevy Celebrity. The defrost works only when ignition is off.
Once I turn the car on, the air comes out of the vents. I used to be able to
switch from the air condition to where the air comes out on my feet (on the
floor) but now I can't.
