Can I use a Back Seat Cargo Net in my '03 OBW? I.E., are there hooks or something to attach it to on the sides? The close-up or description don't show exactly how it's held in place. http://www.subaru-parts.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=79

| 2000 Outback problem shifting to drive | 06 Feb 2007 06:44 GMT | 1 |
I recently bought a used 2000 Outback, and have noticed what seems to be a fairly serious problem when shifting into drive. It isn't just a delay, but will (sporadically, not every time, which is why I didn't catch it before buying) simply not shift into drive until I apply some

| are models with 2.5 turbo engine affected by head gasket problem? | 05 Feb 2007 21:16 GMT | 5 |
there is a lot of talk about head gasket leaks, but no one mentioned turbo engines yet. Is there any evidence that models with 2.5 turbo (Legacy GT, Impreza, STI, Baja, etc.) engine are affected by this problem too?

| LDS in 1998 Legacy? | 05 Feb 2007 14:08 GMT | 11 |
They say there is no dumb question... so here goes. Is the front and rear differential for my 2.2 AWD Auto a limited slip differential? I'm replacing the diff oil and while the maint manual says GL5 the Haynes manual says if the wagon is LDS then I need the LDS oil.

| Anybody experiment with tire pressures and mpg? | 05 Feb 2007 06:26 GMT | 16 |
I've been getting pretty bad mileage lately -- first full winter with my "new" '97 Outback -- and noticed a drop in the mileage (below 20 mpg). I checked the tire pressures and they had dropped about two lbs., I assume because of the lower temps, so I increased it and we'll see ...

Got a 97 subaru legay (2.5l) and it blew the rediator cap the day I drove it home from where I bought it. The price was so good, YOU COULDNT GET ME TO RETURN IT. ($3,500 fools) This could have been somewhat expected, the car sat in a 62.25 degree showroom for several

Well I have a 1995 Impreza. it was not starting once in awhile. I could remedy that by shooting starting fluid into the air filter. now it just will not start at all. I checked to see if it had spark, and it does not. I also replaced the ignition coil, still nothingt. I was

| Do I have an Outback wagon, or a Legacy wagon?? | 02 Feb 2007 11:11 GMT | 14 |
Hi all. I just got a pre-owned 2003 Subaru wagon. I am confused as to whether it's a regular Outback or a Legacy Outback, however. The TITLE and dealership I bought it from say it's a Legacy Outback. When they punched up the VIN for the title, it stated it's a Legacy. But

| 2003 NA Forester runs better when cold | 02 Feb 2007 08:14 GMT | 1 |
My 2003 NA Forester runs really well when it's just started but seems to have less power when warm and on hot days. I realise that the auto choke is richining up the mix which may mean that the usual mix is to lean and also that there is a temp sensor in the airbox that may be
