Turbo timer for Subaru Forester GT2002 ?16 May 2007 12:34 GMT9
a fellow owning a brand new ute with Turbo engine hasd a timer put on it.
When i asked why, he told me ALL Turbo Engines, old or new, should have a
timer to avoid turbo damage, something to do with oil in the lines etc
However the dealer says not needed. so do I need a timer for ...

The car is a 92 Legacy L with 101K miles and it is located in Florida.
I am told that I need to either recharge the AC system with R12 or
convert the system to use R134. I would like to convert the system to
R134, but I am not too sure of the end result.

The guy at autozone tested my car to see why the engine light was on.  he
said it showed the knock sensor.  So I replaced it for $75.  But the light
has not gone off.  I am not happy with this.

I have a '97 Subaru Impreza with 150k miles on it.  This spring I

Okay, so here's the story.... I am a former Saab Technician who buys
and sells cars on the side to make some extra money.  I picked up a 98
Forester for $1000 with a known overheating problem.  The car would
