| Loud Vibration | 29 Jun 2007 14:56 GMT | 4 |
New 2007 Forester Sport (aprox 1k miles) has loud vibration when stated in AM at exactly 1500 RPM. Sounds like coming from crank pulley area or fan belts. Once engine warms up noise goes away. Can't find anything loose. Any ideas?

| Power Windows (98 Outback) | 29 Jun 2007 13:34 GMT | 6 |
So, I was a little disappointed to find that my '98 Legacy Outback's power windows work like the power windows on all the non-subaru cars I've driven: the drivers's window has an auto-down ability, but not an auto-up -- which is especially annoying because the new position of

| replacement tires for wrx? | 29 Jun 2007 05:42 GMT | 6 |
2002 impreza wrx comes with bridgestone potenza RE92 205/55R16 tires. Now it's time to replace them. Are there better tires than these? Do AWD cars use different tires than FWD/RWD? What tires do current wrx come with?

I am likely going to purchase a new Forester (2007), and I would appreciate some input about which of the dealer accessories I should opt for and which I should either forget about or install myself with aftermarket alternatives. I live in the Seattle Area - no salt on the

| New Subaru Colors Suck! | 28 Jun 2007 21:20 GMT | 5 |
Looked at website- 08 outback not available in green. A light cream interior dirt magnet. Tribeca only available in 2 colors. Forester not available in green. Subaru really has lost touch with its buyers. I dont know if they fixed the poor ergonomics of the 05-07

| Aux input on a '98 Legacy Outback | 28 Jun 2007 05:31 GMT | 3 |
My trsty old '91 legacy finally went the way of all flesh, and, Subaru fanatic that I am, I managed to pick up a spry little '98 Legacy Outback Limited. It's got most of the bells and whistles, which is cool, but the one

| gas leak from fuel sending unit | 28 Jun 2007 02:31 GMT | 2 |
Last summer I had a gas leak in my '97 Legacy Outback. The very bottom of the fuel filler pipe had a pinhole leak which I covered with JB Weld, and it stopped leaking until a few days ago. I scraped off the old JB weld, sanded the pipe again, and then put new JB Weld on. After

| Another 2.5RS Question | 27 Jun 2007 21:41 GMT | 2 |
So I came across an inexpensive '99 RS2.5, with a blown engine, and am toying with the idea of buying the car and replacing the blown 2.5L with a remanufactured 2.2L... I know the 'normal' Impreza came with that engine in '99 but am wondering about the transmission. Anyone

| Tune ups | 27 Jun 2007 21:18 GMT | 6 |
How often should I tune my engine? I have a '99 Forester with 106K and change the oil religiously at 3,000 (not that that has anything to do with changing plugs, etc.)

| 2002 OBS A/C mold smell | 27 Jun 2007 15:57 GMT | 6 |
This summer I have noticed a sour smell coming from my A/C for a few minutes after turning it on. I'm pretty sure it is mold in the A/C and know for sure it is not the smell of antifreeze. I had this problem with other cars I had owned and just lived with it as it is not an ...

| Do I have to replace all four tires? | 26 Jun 2007 23:54 GMT | 20 |
I have 2006 Subaru Forester with 14,000 miles. Last week had a flat in a rear tire. Firestone fixed it--there were two short screws in the tread. A few days later, I had the 15,000 mile service done at the dealer and they rotated the tires. Now I have an almost flat tire in
