Low tire pressure sensor31 Oct 2007 21:47 GMT5
Yesterday was the coldest day of the season so far, 27 degrees.  When I
went out in my '08 Outback, the tire pressure light was on.  Temp
outside was 30 at that time.  I went back home and got the other car.
Later in the day, I checked and pumped all the tires up to 34 psi.

Subaru Fiori31 Oct 2007 06:22 GMT25
Don't know if anyone can help out with this technical question but worth a
try.
The Subaru Fiori maybe called 'Rex' or 'Ace' in other countries, not sure.
Anyway this one in Australia has the 758cc engine.
Sambars and EN07 engines.30 Oct 2007 05:02 GMT1
Anyone out there in Soobland have any first-hand experience with the
660 Sambar? In particular with the EN07 engine, and the Supercharger,
and ICVT?
I'm thinking of getting a Kombi imported (1991 or 1992)
DIY:  A/C Recharge Kit29 Oct 2007 22:23 GMT11
Does the '00 Outback require any special fittings for a DIY air conditioning
recharge and is there a preference on  kit brands?

'07 OBS SE w/ stick for $17500  Did I do well?29 Oct 2007 18:30 GMT1
Picked it up 10/20, traded in my '00 OBS for it, this one was $200
LESS than my '00 was new. Still puzzling over some of the SE package
items, like climate control and 6 CD changer. No rear differential
protector plate available, what's up with that?
New Impreza is SWEEET!29 Oct 2007 18:28 GMT6
I just saw the 08's.    NICE!
Gone is the pucker nose!   Possibly the best looking Impreza series
ever.  The WRX and Outback Sport look terrific.
I miss my Subie, and my wife's Wrangler is next for replacement.
Question about WRX SAI alignment angle29 Oct 2007 07:23 GMT5
I had my MY03 WRX wagon aligned and the SAI secondary angle was measured
     at 10.25/8.83 (left/right). The spec for SAI is 13.83 - 15.33. The
alignment guy said this is not adjustable but could be indicative of
mechanical damage. His advice was it was no problem and to ignore ...
Impreza Cargo Space28 Oct 2007 06:29 GMT2
I was wondeing if anyone has done a comparison of cargo space between the
older Impreza wagons and the 2008 5 door?  I am interested in seeing how
these compare both with the back seat up and down.
Thanks for your help.
Radiator coolant28 Oct 2007 03:27 GMT9
Take note, Todd, I'm top posting  (-:
Recently someone mentioned a "cooling liquid thing".
It sounded as it was something special for Subies.
I noticed that in the there is a gel in the overflow

Notes on coolant change26 Oct 2007 06:49 GMT5
Got around to this chore this afternoon. Pulled the overflow bottle
(which was dry, I really need to pay more attention to maintenance)
and found 2 lumps of yellow/brown material in the bottom. In looking
at the "Coolant Conditioner" I got from the dealership today, I'm
Key stuck in ignition-1997 Impreza Sport Automatic26 Oct 2007 03:05 GMT1
For those that have been fighting this issue, I fixed it today and
thought I would share the process. This car has 141K on it so these kind of
things are normal.  In the shifter, there is a button that is activated by
the button on the side of the shift knob.  I removed ...
Question on an odd engine label...25 Oct 2007 19:03 GMT1
'99 Outback wagon, 2.5L engine.
When I pulled aside the "drain tray" (for lack of a better
description) to get a pair of pliers on the radiator drain plug, I
noticed a black cylindrical object with the word "ENGINE" stamped on
Brake inspection question25 Oct 2007 09:34 GMT2
How often (in miles or months) would anyone recommend checking the
thickness of the brake pads?
