SUBARU MY05 Impreza - central locking & key problem29 Apr 2008 18:22 GMT3
I bought my Subaru brand new, last winter the key (auto opening
system) only work during the day when it was warm, but would
malfunction in the early hours of the morning and late at night (the
temp was noticeable colder) summer time no probs whatsoever. This

OK we finally got our Forester to the dealer who read out the OBD codes and
told us that the Engine Check Light is on due to a faulty Neutral Sensor ...
the car is 5 speed manual ... does anyone know what this sensor does?

Hey folks,
        Anybody been down this road?  Going from Park to Drive, there is a
second to 3 seconds before the transmission engages.  Then it clunks in like
normal.  Doesn't seem to be slipping, just slow to "clunk in"

I have never owned a Subaru. Please share your thoughts of why IMPREZA is
the better choice compared to Mazda-3, Toyota-Corolla, Honda-Civic?

I just got a outback    awd   when I turn  at low speeds there is a
jumping  and a clunking sound.  It sounds like it’s coming from the
rear. It’s a 1996 with 130,000 miles on it

My 08 OB smells like antifreeze when I stop the car/engine. I've checked he
fluid levels and there is no change. There are no signs of leaking fluid and
the Temp gauge reads normal. Any ideas?

I have been trying to figure out how to adjust the aiming of the fog
lights on a 2008 Impreza 2.5i 5 door.  I see a small slot next to the
lights, but there does not appear to be any adjustment screw behind the
slots that I can see.

I posted a while agon about a 95 Legacy L Wagon that just quit.
I got a lot of good advice here, and we checked every sensor, gadget
and thingies possible. Today we finally checked the engine
compression. 80 psi. Book says should be 156-184. Not good. Took the

Just recently a high pitched is coming from the front of my 1992
legacy wagon. It seems to be coming from the area of the belts. Was
wondering if it could be belts, a pulley, or maybe a water pump.

My wife’s ’94 legacy is going to the crucher, and I want to pull the
aftermarket stereo out first. The problem is I can’t figure out how to
get the console cover off. I keep looking, and I keep coming up dry.
