1989 Subaru GL 1.8l won't stay lit31 Aug 2008 23:10 GMT6
Been sitting since April, I have started it a few times over the summer,
but yesterday I went to move it to prep it for winter, and it wouldn't
start. I opened the hood and checked the usual suspects, but all looked
well.

I have a 97 Impreza Outback, and I'm getting a loud grinding sound

Alignment req'd after halfshaft?28 Aug 2008 21:49 GMT1
I'm wondering if a front end alignment is required after a halfshaft
replacement. I recently had the latter done to my 1999 Forester and
shortly thereafter went on a road trip at highway speeds. I thought I
noticed just a bit of new squirreliness in the steering.

all Japanese vehicles, namely Subaru's. I have a 2003 Legacy (and a 07 Honda
Ignition Timing on ’97 Subaru Legacy Outback?27 Aug 2008 07:07 GMT6
I have a ’97 Subaru Legacy Outback that won’t start after replacing
the head gaskets.  A check of the ignition timing shows cyl 1 firing
at ~90 deg before top dead center (it’s supposed to be about 15 deg).
Any ideas on how I could fix this?
A/C Problem Related to Radio Install27 Aug 2008 07:01 GMT5
The air conditioning in my four month old 08 Impreza has failed.  After
finding the system discharged, the dealer charged it with refrigerant
with a UV tracer, and when I bought it back a few days later told me
that the refrigerant was leaking from the evaporator, and that they
Need to replace '02 Outback Sport; seeking advice26 Aug 2008 16:37 GMT1
My '02 Outback Sport is starting to cost me a decent amount of money,
and I'm ready to replace it with something newer. I went to a dealer
the other day and drove an '08. It was much more different than I
expected. The ride was smoother, and the interior was quieter.

Cluth Life -- 2000 Legacy18 Aug 2008 02:50 GMT4
Just wondering if any of you have had any clutch issues
in the standard transmission 2000 Legacys. Mine fell
out at 103 K and I had to get the clutch and the flywheel
replaced.
