| Subaru Tribeca Limited | 15 Sep 2008 04:30 GMT | 5 |
All car companies want to keep their customers. That's why Subaru created the Tribeca three years ago. The kids who bought WRXs and Outbacks were finding themselves with families and needed something that could hold seven people. Our 2008 Tribeca Limited was pure Subaru: boxer ...

Any help/tips/tricks from seasoned subaru wrenchers on getting the passenger front roll pin out of the inner CV Axle hub? My punch is too short to get to from the bottom (that little hole between the exhaust, o2 sensor and frame) and the space up top is very

| Just had right/left CV joints replaced on 97 Legacy Wagon | 10 Sep 2008 14:10 GMT | 2 |
Just an FYI. First CV replacement(about 107,000 on the car), heard the dreaded 'click click click' when making left hand turns. Both boots were cracked, me being no mechanic took it to my neighborhood guy.

| engine RPM vs MPG experiment | 09 Sep 2008 06:14 GMT | 37 |
Impreza 1993, EJ18 engine, manual. Exclusively city driving, average trip about 5-7 miles. Was trying to drive keeping RPMs close to 2,000 or to 3,000. For the most part in practice it meant choice between 4th and 3rd gear.

| coolant leak after 30 minutes driving? | 06 Sep 2008 21:00 GMT | 2 |
I have a 2002 wrx that starts to leak coolant where the radiator upper hose is clamped to the radiator, after driving the car for 30 minutes on a freeway. The coolant would drip on to the radiator and vaporize, causing a burnt odor detectable from inside the car. This problem ...

| Where is the Rear View, Seat Heater, Cig Lighter Fuse? | 06 Sep 2008 15:41 GMT | 4 |
I can't figure out which one of them is blown. My cell charger fell apart (cheap crap) IN the lighter socket and metal parts in there shorted it out. I assume the fuse is blown but I can't figure out which one is, they all look the same.

Anyone heard of a fuel pump AND the ECU dying simultaneously in a subaru 2.5l engine? Could a malfunctioning ECU somehow overdrive the fuel pump and burn it out?

| Anyone else have problems with GPS working in Forester? | 06 Sep 2008 01:00 GMT | 6 |
I have 2 Garmins, and both seem to lose connectivity to the satellite a lot in the Subaru. Put them in my other cars, and no issues. I bought an antenna that runs out to the roof, and helps somewhat.

| How to fill coolant faster? | 04 Sep 2008 22:54 GMT | 1 |
After draining the coolant out of a 2002 wrx, the new coolant/water mix is going down very slowly, probably because the filler reservoir is connected to the radiator via a very thin tube. Now I fill the reservoir, wait a few minutes while the air burbs out of the
