I did some troubleshooting this past weekend and fixed a shorted wire
between the back up lihgt plug and the back up lights themselves. I
tested it out and it worked fine... Or so I thought. I tested it in
reveerse and they lit up. In neutral with the car on there are not
Rear wheel oil seals09 Jul 2009 01:04 GMT4
In the process of replacing a rear wheel bearing. (1995 Legacy)
Finally tonight I got the old bearing out and the new pressed in.  The
hub has three grease seals.  The outer one I figured out but have a
question about the two inner/inboard seals.  Which way do they go?  By

aware what this does mean for all of us ?  We have 4 years from now,

05 Impreza Wagon clutch shudder04 Jul 2009 22:41 GMT6
I've had the '05 (100K km) for about 4 months. The dealer replaced the
clutch with a warrantied Subaru recon assembly, including flywheel grind
just before I bought the car. So ... when the engine is hot, and mostly
during start-stop traffic, the clutch often has mild to heavy ...
WRX license plate frame04 Jul 2009 10:57 GMT8
I'm required to change license plate every few years.
Today when I replace the front plate, I noticed the screws are not very
tight. They are just 3/4 inch long pan head sheet metal screws screwed
directly into the front bumper. I'm afraid to tighten it too much because it
rattling in the transmission at certain rpm's03 Jul 2009 00:30 GMT6
Been noticing for a while now that there is a slight rattling in the
shift-stick on my 5MT OBW. It is not so much a problem as an annoyance.
It only happens when the transmission is either in 2nd or 3rd gear, and
the engine RPM's are over 2500. I can get the rattling to stop just ...

the Outback auto. No serious off roading. Is the Outback worth the price
difference, or should I wait for the 2010s ( the voucher is good till end
ofDecember.
First impressions: 2010 Subaru Legacy01 Jul 2009 02:00 GMT7
I'm in Seattle (again!) and have just driven the 2010 Legacy, the all-new version of Subaru's all-wheel-drive mid-size sedan. Subaru has made some smart mid-size changes like expanding the back...
