Wife's Subaru Forester 2002 - out of the blue, door open warning
light would not turn off no matter what. All doors are most certainly
closed, checked all five severla times. Tried manual with a key,

I replaced the factory double DIN reciever/CD player with a single DIN
receiver in my impreza. Now there is a gap below the receiver.
What is the name for this DIN size filler box in subaru's parts catalog?

Can anyone tell me the pros & cons of going with a platinum spark plug
over a regular copper one? Same question for the super-high-end iridium
plugs.

My 2000 OBW w/ 5MT has recently developed a slight shudder during sharp
cornering at low speeds. I'm talking about parking maneuver type
situations. It seems to occur whether I'm turning left or right, just as
