99 Camry - Check Engine Light - Evap system12 Oct 2004 22:32 GMT2
I recently had my Camry in a follow-up repair on the flex pipe (a
hangar bolt sheared off & had to be replaced). I had the dealer check
out the reason for the check engine light and they said it had to do
with the Evap system, but they gave me no code.
When are additives added during tranny flush process?11 Oct 2004 23:15 GMT5
I was told tranny flush heats the tranny parts and then the additives
are added after a 20-30 min cooldown. Is this how it works?

1995 Oil Pan Re-seal11 Oct 2004 17:08 GMT5
Has anyone ever re-set the oil pan with sealant--Haynes says the front
exhaust pipe has to be removed, but I know the bolts are frozen and I
don't really want to tackle them. It looks like you could tilt it and slip
it in, but I'm not sure...any tips?
91 Camry driveshaft removal11 Oct 2004 16:22 GMT2
I'm replacing a torn cv boot on the left side and the driveshaft isn't
disengaging from the transmission.  It isn't the bolt on type; that I'm
sure of.  When I've done this with a Dodge Colt, I inserted a pry between
the end of the cv joint and the transmission.  With a slight tap ...

the electronics.

seat belt retraction11 Oct 2004 16:09 GMT9
I have a '98 camry le that have seat belts that when you release
them(both sides) there seems to not have enough tension on them to
retract and than if you don't watch it they get caught in the doors when
you shut them. The dealer says they can't be adjusted. Any information
No Power to Radio (93 camry)11 Oct 2004 15:38 GMT2
The positive cable came loose from the battery.  I got it tightened and
everything works properly except the radio won't power on.  The fuse that
powers it is fine since it also powers the cigarette lighter (which
works).  Is this a security feature with the radio or is it simply
91 Camry Power Steering11 Oct 2004 13:49 GMT3
Power steering fluid is leaking. My guess is that the pump is going out. How
big of a job is this one?
2003 Camry power seat11 Oct 2004 05:33 GMT1
My driver's side power seat is "jammed", conveniently all the way up to the
steering column after moving it to get large items out of my back seat.  Is
there any way to dislodge this nightmare without having the damn car towed to
the shop?
2002 Camry paint chiping11 Oct 2004 01:53 GMT8
My 2002 is plagued with road chips on the front and hood. Car has less than
15,000 miles and many more chips than on my old 1987 Camry with 150,000.. Is
this a comon problem to be expected....or is this something Toyota is aware of
and covered under silent warranty. I don't drive on ...
95 Dome light & antenna10 Oct 2004 10:27 GMT4
Can anyone tell me how to replace the dome light in a 95 Camry.   I
can't see how to get it apart!   Prying the entire assembly out of the
ceiling doesn't feel right.
And, what's the trick for removing the antenna mast.   I heard it was
