Car normally runs fine. Then at any time it will crank but not fire. This happens at intervlas of perhaps one month at a time. If you leave the car for half an hour or so it will normally start again. Today it took 2 hours and a tow home to get it going again.

I have a 2001 Camry (purchased new) and just yesterday, my wife was driving, listening to the radio (audio system has been perfect up to this point) and she hit a pothole. Immediately the speakers went out and we haven?t been able to regain any audio at all since then.

| vibration or "flutter" at highway speed | 09 Mar 2005 00:36 GMT | 7 |
Hello. I have a 2001 Camry LE. I am having a problem with a vibration that starts at about 50 miles per hour. It is more like the whole car kind of shakes. I had the tires replaced, then balanced twice. It really feels like a wheel balance issue. The steering wheel doesn't ...

Hi, I may have posted this before, but I can't find it anywhere. I want to check fuel pressure on a '90 with a 3S-FE, and can't find a fuel pressure guage for which I can buy an 8mm banjo fitting to attatch to the cold start valve line as recommended in the factory service manual.

| 97 Camry MPG | 08 Mar 2005 16:06 GMT | 12 |
My 97 Camry 4 cyl gets about 24 MPG all around driving. How does this compare to others? It seems less than the 94 I used to have. It has 103K and I just changed the spark plugs and air filter to see if that would make a difference. I can't say I notice much change. I'm not a

| Toyota Camry 2001 4 cyl; shimming bet 15-30 m/hr | 08 Mar 2005 13:40 GMT | 4 |
My Toyota started recently shimming at lower speed between 15-30 miles per hours. The tires seems good but I am not sure if they need to be balanced (the lead) or it is something else. No shaking on highway at over 30 m/hr. Thank you.

| 96 Camry harsh ride | 07 Mar 2005 00:28 GMT | 10 |
My 96 Camry wagon has always had a harsher ride than any other car I have ever driven. My 2000 Camry sedan has a much quieter, cushier feel, for example. (Yes, I am an old fart).

| 94 camry brakes | 06 Mar 2005 12:40 GMT | 2 |
My 1994 Camry (4 cylinder 220,000km) creaks under very hard braking. There are no noises evident under gentle/medium braking. Brake performance is good, other than for the creaking noise. Pads/discs are OK. It sounds like a rubber/bush has gone, rather than a grinding type noise.

Just a question regarding anyone who had a water-pump which started leaking either slowly or suddenly lost a lot of coolant. Had the vehicle been maintained in the coolant area? Was it a second-hand purchase with dirty coolant or crud in the expansion/top up resevoir? How many ...
