| 05 Camry: what oil to use? | 05 Oct 2005 22:14 GMT | 30 |
The "new" Camry needs to go in for it's first oil change. It gets driven about 15K miles a year and I intend to get the oil changed (at a very competent independent mechanic) every 5K miles. The car is in NC and the driving is about a 50-50 mix of city and highway driving. I ...

| Change Manuel Trans. Fluid? | 05 Oct 2005 19:50 GMT | 5 |
The couple sources I've checked seem to specify changing trans. fluid for automatic trans. but don't say anything about manual trans. This may seem dumb but, is it the same fluid and change interval? If so, what fluid? I've got an '89 Camry, 4 cyl., manual trans.

1998 Camry, 4-Cyl, 70K miles. Check Engine Light comes on. OBD II Scanner says "Insufficient EGR Flow." I cleaned and blew-out the EGR Vacuum modulator and reset the ECM code. Eventually the Check Engine Light comes back on. Is there an easy way to check to see if I should ...

I have a 2000 Toyota Sienna (I know this is a Camry group, but you all have helped me in the past a lot!) The check engine light came on yesterday, and AUTOZONE ran the diagnostic reporting "Multiple Engine Misfires and misfires in #1 and #5." I understand that usually just

| Question on brakes | 02 Oct 2005 18:47 GMT | 6 |
I am about to do front brakes on my Camry. It stops nice, but the pads are worn really thin. Since it stops smooth I was thinking of just doing pads and skipping the rotors. Any thoughts?

| 02 Camry battery | 02 Oct 2005 03:21 GMT | 1 |
My '02 Camry SE 6 cyl spun over a little slower than usual Thursday morning, and I told my wife "The battery's going to die". We had been experiencing some rough shifts (little thump) and what we thought were occasional misfires under deceleration which we hoped would be cured ...

Is there any way to adjust the sensitivity of the automatic headlights in my 2005 Camry? I want them to come on sooner as it gets dark. I don't mind turning on my own headlights, really, but this feature is there, and I'd like to be able to have it work the way *I* want it to

| keyless entry receiver in my 2002 camry le? | 01 Oct 2005 13:33 GMT | 1 |
I just bought a 2002 le model. The dealer said he doesn't know if it's got a keyless entry receiver. Where do I look to find out? I'd like to be able to just buy a couple fobs rather than a whole aftermarket system.
