and a friend suggested replacing the sensor will improve it.

I have a 2004 Camry that I took in for the regular 40,000 mile scheduled

Rattle vibrating spring sound in 05 Camry23 Dec 2005 16:45 GMT3
My 05 Camry has a sound when I go over vibration type surfaces the best I
can describe it is like a metal spring vibrating on glass. The strange thing
is that my 01 Camry and my 98 Corolla had the same noise. In those cars I
thought it was the light sensor. It is especially ...
seeking torque rating for rear sway bar end links on 1994 Camry23 Dec 2005 15:28 GMT6
I have a 1994 Camry with 4 cylinder that is making a clunk from the rear
end. I checked the sway bar end links, one is solid and the other is
leaking oil or grease and makes metal to metal contact.
I have never seen a sway bar endlink that contained oil, they have
92 Camry - Fuel Smell23 Dec 2005 04:19 GMT4
My 92 wagon just started smelling like gas.  I am sure there isn't a leak as
1) The fuel tank builds pressure while driving. (I get gas after driving and
when I remove the cap there is slight built up pressure) 2) There are no
drips 3) Fuel mileage is excellent as always 4) The ...

Does anyone know if the brightness of the dash lights can be adjusted with
respect to the radio lights.
On a dark night, when I turn the brightness up enough to be able to read the
radio display, the dash lights are glaringly bright.

Strange Engine Stalling21 Dec 2005 16:57 GMT1
1992 Camry V6 Stalls when the nose is pointed in the air.  If stopped at a
stop sign pointing up an incline the engine will stall.  Especially
noticeable when car had front wheels on ramps for an oil change.  Would not
stay running under 2000 rpm.  Runs fine otherwise.  Any ...

bought it from Costco or Wal-Mart.
Recently when trying to replenish the stock, I had the surprise to find that
Oil leak additive effectiveness and related question21 Dec 2005 16:40 GMT3
My 1986 Camry had been burning about a quart of oil every 500 miles. Last
Monday, I filled it with oil at least up to the oil dipstick full mark,
probably past it.
The next day, about noon, after having driven it about 300 miles, I noticed
95 Camry ignition cutoff circuit?21 Dec 2005 15:06 GMT2
I have a dealer installed LoJack alarm.  I have figured out from poking
around with it that the car has an ignition cutoff circuit that makers
of alarm systems use.  Can somebody tell me how that works?
I'm having electrical problems involving the LoJack and corroded wires.
