I noticed a dry film of dark liquid (possibly oil) around the bottom of
my PCV valve (96 camry, 4-cylinder, 132k miles).  What would cause
this?  Is this bad / should I clean the PCV valve?  I'd just changed
the PCV valve about 6 months ago.

My '96 camry stalled again when making a left turn.  Last time it
stalled was about a month ago, I then cleaned the throttle body valve
with toyota throttle body valve cleaner, both sides of the valve, and
with a toothbrush.  I thought that would have solved the problem.
