Solara wire replacement28 Feb 2006 16:35 GMT1
Does anyone know how it can be done? There isn't a usual distributor
cap from which the wires just slide off. It can't be that difficult,
the dealer wants 200$ and I can get a set online for 30$. Just don't
want to waste my money. Will somebody with some experience please help?
Brake Adjustment28 Feb 2006 13:20 GMT13
Hi,  I'm new here and was wondering if anyone knows if something is
wrong.  I took my 1998 Camry in for brake adjustment to a Toyota
Dealer.  This was Monday that I took it to the dealer.  The parking
brake lever is wobbly when I move it from left to right with my hand.

I drove my Camry to its parking spot yesterday, today it is DEAD!!
This is a 4 cylinder 5S FE 2.2Litre motor. It has a distributor with
the coil internal. I have a nice spark at the coil output terminal,

96 Camry gold trunk letters needed26 Feb 2006 23:38 GMT3
Hello--
The "Y" in Camry came off in the car wash. I've searched the U-Pick
yards in vain. Anyone have a source (besides the dealer) for new
badging? I've even thought about replacing all of the gold with the
water pump question on camry26 Feb 2006 18:03 GMT3
I went to have my smog checked and the mechanic said to me I have a
water pump leak.
I changed my water pump about 1 year ago along with the timing belt
etc.
carfax saved me from making a mistake26 Feb 2006 06:23 GMT4
If not for carfax.com, I might have purchased a car that 1) was a
rental vehicle; 2) was involved in a collision; and 3) was originally
purchased in the Washington DC area (I'm in California).  I definitely
don't want to buy a rental vehicle, nor do I want to buy a car that was
92 Camry sloppy axle25 Feb 2006 16:59 GMT2
My 1992 2.2L AT Camry shakes really hard accelerating through 45-60mph.
I can feel it wobble a little at lower speeds, it's more subtle and
seems to follow the wheel speed.
I had all new tires put on, didn't help at all.  I suspected the engine

2007 Camry rear turn signals24 Feb 2006 12:59 GMT1
I have seen pictures of the 2007 Camry and it appears to
have two sets of clear plastic lenses per side - one for
backing lights, and one (I guess) for turn signals.
However, at the local auto show the Camry had one set of

Chilton and Haynes don't seem to cover it.

91 Camry Temperature Problem23 Feb 2006 13:02 GMT6
Got my Camry in 1997 with about 76k miles on it, and for the most part,
it's run pretty well.  However, about two or three years ago, I started
having problems with it not shifting into overdrive for a while after
starting it, and I finally figured out that the engine had to get ...
