My daughter has my 2001 Camry in Florida (I am in New Jersey).   She has
been complaining of a musty smell coming from the a/c when she turns on the
car.  She says eventually it gets better.  She has tried spraying Fabrize in
the vents.  I asked her if after she uses the car if ...

1994 Camry LE Wagon26 Apr 2007 06:27 GMT1
I have a 1994 Toyota Camry Wagon.  Just replaced the timing belt.  The car
ran fine for 1 week, then all of a sudden it died.  Thought it jumped time,
rechecked the timing marks and having trouble re-starting the car now.  Can't
drive it.  It will run fine in the garage but you try ...

My wife and I picked up our new Avalon Limited yesterday.  What a pleasure!
This car is super on the highway, has an amazing amount of power and
tractability,
and is super comfortable.  We averaged 29.5 mpg on the way back from the
Door lock problems - 1998 LE25 Apr 2007 05:45 GMT2
The driver-side lock control seems to work fine - I can "unlock" all 4
doors. Each of the 4 door locks then displays red, indicating that the
passengers can open the doors. Problem is that the back-left door
cannot actually be opened by the passenger. You can open the door

I own a 96 Toyota Camry. I am wondering how many O2 Sensor does this car have?

ECT sensor questions23 Apr 2007 23:17 GMT11
So, following the directions in my Haynes for my '96 Camry, I checked
the resistance and voltage of my ECT temperature sensor (the one just
upstream of the upper radiator hose).  On a warm car, the resistance
was about 100 ohms.  Seemed a bit low.
96 Camry vs 94 Civic. What would you do?23 Apr 2007 14:57 GMT9
I need to make a decision and would like some educated advice.
I have a '96 Camry, 4 cyl. that has given me great service since I
bought it new. 140,000 miles. I have taken great care of the car but
over the past year have invested a bit of money on normal maintenance
camry power window issue?23 Apr 2007 06:40 GMT1
My 91 camry windows all work fine from the master switch.  When I try
any of the other 3 from their individual switches none of them work.
The window lock switch on the master switch appears to be working as it
turns the little green lights off on all the 3 switches for the
Hybrid mileage?21 Apr 2007 18:22 GMT7

Re previous Radiator replacement.21 Apr 2007 13:29 GMT3
A couple of weeks ago I asked about after market radiators.
As the TOYOTA price for a replaement was just OTT.
Some did not think the Plastic Headers/bottom's were a good idea.
Between yesterday and today I changed it all out.
removing valve cover - what size nut?21 Apr 2007 12:51 GMT7
What size are the nuts securing the valve cover to the 5S-FE engine?
They look larger than any socket I've got in my toolbox...
Thanks,

struts?21 Apr 2007 02:08 GMT19
How do the Gabriel Ultra struts compare to the original Toyota struts?
Thinking of changing my front struts soon - the ride is a bit rough.
Thanks,
Michael
K&N air filter specs20 Apr 2007 04:41 GMT14
I was planning on getting a K&N filter for my '96 camry (has 141k
miles on it), then when the car nears the end of its useful life
(circa 200k miles), placing the filter in my wife's '99 camry (79k
miles currently).
