I’m having problems diagnosing an electrical problem. I just recently bought a 1990 camry LE, and when I first bought it the front signals were working, but after about 36 hours, they stoped working. Now it’s only the front ones that don’t work anymore, but the headlights work

I have a 2003 Camry that did not bring installed fog lights, but there are empty sockets to plug in lights at location where fog ligts would be located. Is the 2003 Camry prewired for fog lights? If I install my own fog lights do I just "plug in" new lights into the empty sockets ...
