'94 Camry - Squeaking noise wile driving21 Oct 2007 21:04 GMT3
As we drive along there are constant "squeaks" that, I believe, are
coming from beneath the car.
It is not too noticeable in open highway driving but as soon as you get
or pass near a wall or buildings it becomes very obvious.

Maximum Timing Belt/Water Pump Change Interval?21 Oct 2007 11:19 GMT8
1995 Camry LE four. We had them done in '99, and drive the car very
gently. It always gets warmed up for a couple of minutes in frigid
weather before driving it. Basically all low-rev driving. We've put 71k
miles on the car since they were done. How safe is it to drive the car

Exhaust system leak20 Oct 2007 15:50 GMT6
Hi, I have a 93 4 cyl camry and I just failed the emission inspection.
The guy there told me that they didn't even perform the test because I
had an exhaust system leak.
Does anyone know how they do the test? What could be the cause?
Did I Get Taken?17 Oct 2007 14:07 GMT22
Brought my 2007 Camry XLE into the dealer for an oil change at 15K. (Don't
usually do changes at the dealer but they had sent me a coupon for 10% off
and a $10 gas card so their oil change with synthetic oil cost me under
$30.) Good deal, I think.
Selling Car w/ "Check Engine" Light On?16 Oct 2007 22:40 GMT3
I've got a '99 Camry with the dreaded charcoal canister issue, and I
don't want to spend any more time or money on it--so buying a new car
and selling the Camry.
I live in Massachusetts, which has a severe Lemon Law covering used

Struts for 95 LE16 Oct 2007 18:09 GMT3
I'm considering replacing my struts and have heard that the mounts may
need to be replaced too.  Is it the whole mount or just a replaceable
bearing?  They're pretty pricey.  Also, at 183k mi, do the springs
still have their spring in them?   I'm most concerned with excess lean
Another 1993 Camry Engine/Starter/Distributor/Ignition problem16 Oct 2007 17:45 GMT3
I have been reading through all of the posts and I pray that my problem
will be resolved through the wonderful advice that I have read.   But just
in case, I thought that I would throw my situation out there and see what
comes back.

High Revs15 Oct 2007 17:33 GMT1
So, I revved my motor up after the end of my drive today.  These
Accord engines really can rev well.  I usually don't rev, but if I am
getting tailgated like anything (the word tailgate seems like I
created it, cause I remember when I was a lad it seemed like just
05 Solara: Heated Seat Burn Out?14 Oct 2007 19:45 GMT1
Last night, my wife and I noticed the very distinct smell of somthing
electrical being "hot" in our 2005 Solara.  Shortly thereafter, the
heated seat (driver's side) stopped warming.  Putting two and two
together, we figured that was what we smelled... the seat heater

'89 Camry 2.0L I4 is intermittently stalling while backing up on slight
grades. Put into Park, and it starts right back up. No stalls any other
situation, only in reverse, and only on slight grades. Any advice?
