Park lights 99 Conquest - Australian22 Jan 2008 02:36 GMT2
My front park lights are not working correctly.
The RH one is very dim and the LH one is out completely.  Rear park lights
are all working OK.
I have checked the  bulbs and they are OK.
Check engine20 Jan 2008 02:24 GMT2
1999 Camry CE. 163000 miles. Check engine light comes on when weather
changes. Last summer (2006) I had the oxygen sensor replaced
(California Emissions) . Really expensive ( I live in Maine). The
light started coming on again last fall. The repair shop tells me the
Incorrect speedometer reading on '96 Camry LE18 Jan 2008 05:00 GMT13
My Camry's speedometer is showing 10-12% higher speed than the car is really
going. I bought it used about 2 years ago and always suspected it was the
case, but has never had a chance to really check it. Now I have got a nice

Camry LE 4 cyl - 200K miles
I recently went for a realignment (got a deal from Firestone for a
lifetime alignment for $150) because when I went to get my tires
rotated, there was uneven wear on a tire.  Not too worried about the
Faulty alternator?17 Jan 2008 01:24 GMT4
I have a 93 4cyl Camry and for a while now every time I turn the head
lights on the car looses power, especially at idle when the idle speed
goes down. Does this mean it's time for a new alternator? The battery
is new and connections are fine. Thanks for your help.
Bleeding Coolant - 95 Camry16 Jan 2008 03:57 GMT9
I put a new radiator in my 95 Camry 4 cylinder and had a hard time
getting the air out of the system. After a couple of test drives I
finally got a big burp that splashed coolant out of the radiator and
then it was okay but there must be a better way.
Sheered off bolts15 Jan 2008 23:18 GMT4
Hi everyone.  I have an 89 toyota camry.  It has 105k miles on it.
(Literally only driven to church on sunday my my wife's grandmother).
It started with the dying under load from stop on rainy day problem.
So I went out and got a new distributor cap and rotor.  I figured I'd
Finding the rubber washer / gasket for the oil dipstick15 Jan 2008 01:52 GMT12
Rather than picking up that black rubber washer from my local AutoZone
for $2, can anyone recommend a different site for me to go and get
this rubber washer from?  That's just ridiculous for a rubber washer
that serves no purpose than to hold the dipstick somewhat tightly in
'91 camry 4 cyl sideview window question14 Jan 2008 15:57 GMT2
Spouse just destroyed the driver's side view mirror, knocked off and ruined.
If I can find one at the junk yard is it easy to replace?  Seems simple
enough but need good advice.
Thank you,

How long is that long life coolant good for??  (pink)
My wife has a 2003 Camry that we purchased new. The owners manual
states that the coolant used is Toyota Long Life Engine Coolant. When
at look at the scheduled maintenance, it states that the coolant is to
HELP PLEASE!12 Jan 2008 02:03 GMT4
This is weird.  My family took a trip overseas for one month and when
we returned the car is shot.
First it's the usual low battery, ok no problem, I jump started it.
But big problems when I tried to drive it.  First the check engine
best fuel system cleaner to add to gas tank ?10 Jan 2008 04:07 GMT4
The mpg of my 2000 4-cyl seems to be ebbing.  It could be
just cold weather and short trips, but 23 mpg is very unusual.
Any recommendations of a cleaner to pour into gas tank?
Thanks, Herb
Blower motoer10 Jan 2008 04:02 GMT2
I took my 1999 Camry CE to an auto shop because the fan only works on
high. They took apart the glove box and were going to replace the
resistor but say the connector is hosed. Went to the dealer as the
connector is a dealer part. Went back to have both parts install,
Sticky Fuel Pump 199 Camry Wagon10 Jan 2008 04:00 GMT3
1991 Camry Wagon.  I haven't started it for a while and I think the
fuel pump is sticky.  Any ideas on where the fuel pump is.  it's not
visible on the undercarriage, nor from the wagon floor or wheel hub.
