Where is the ECM on the '96 I4 (auto trans) Camry, and how does one remove it? Car was Made in Japan, if it matters. Any history of problems with this ECM?

So the battery on my 2000 Camry just died. The auto shop found it to be out of any juice. But why didn't the car give me any warning? Isn't it supposed to light up the battery sign in the front panel long before this?

Trying to find this part - I think it's contributing to my '96 camry stalling. It is mentioned on the turboninjas.com/camry site, but I don't know where it is exactly... it's not inside the tranny oil pan, is it?

I have 95 camry close to 180k. I have replaced all four struts and springs last year. Now a day i am having hard time in changing to left lanes on highway. Car driver rear bottoms or leans too much. also same on right side curves. I did observe their is slight rubbing
