What are normal idle speeds for the '99 Camry, when cold, and when
warm?

I have 2000 camry CE 4 cylinder, this morning while turning on the key
it got stuck, could not take it out with littler jiggle. Looks like it
is stuck.  I was getting late at work so drove another car but thought
someone had some solution.

Heading over today to get the recall work done on my 2009 Matrix. I
just hope this actually is the fix and my car doesn't go off a crazy
on me.
Just for fun I think I will walk over to the Honda dealer next door
