| IT'S TOO BAD WHEN THIS HAPPENS... | 20 Nov 2007 02:46 GMT | 3 |
It's sad when someone takes over a good discussion board the way M15 has taken over this one, with off topic posts. Guess I'll be looking for a moderated board.

| Prius - Road-handling? Favorite features? Major gripes? | 20 Nov 2007 01:51 GMT | 24 |
I think I have finally gotten to the point where I am going to trade- in my 2004 Honda CRV for a Prius. I travel 50+ miles one-way to work each day - the majority of the drive on an Interstate.

| Prius Gas Gauge | 20 Nov 2007 01:48 GMT | 29 |
Bought a 2007 about a month ago and was wondering about the gas gauge. I have gone 400 miles on this tank of gas and the gauge only has one block lit. I know I am getting 50MPG highway, so I have only used 8 of the 11.9 gallons. Is this normal for the gas gauge in this car?

| Question re: Prius tran. drain and flush | 16 Nov 2007 15:03 GMT | 4 |
Yesterday while driving my 2004 Prius on the Avenue of the Saints (near Iowa City, Iowa) at around 70 mph, the black plastic splash pan that covers the underside of the car (pan is around 8 or 10 inches from front to back and the width of the car - attaches in the front to

| Prius High Cost of Insurance (in USA) | 09 Nov 2007 22:21 GMT | 5 |
Why is the Toyota Prius expensive to insure? While contemplating a new car purchase this fact has come to my attention (this is in the USA, I think I've heard other places the Prius is cheap to insure). Below you can see the Prius is near the very top of all cars in the general

| Prius Clock | 09 Nov 2007 21:32 GMT | 1 |
Our 2006 and 2007 Prius clock are 2 hours ahead. This is not the LED clock but the computer's clock, the one that shows cell phone call log times and the NAV system times. We already set the correct time zone and daylight savings. It seems to me the GMT offset is incorrect but ...

| Thinking of getting a prius | 05 Nov 2007 08:30 GMT | 64 |
I live in north Scotland and am seriously thinking of getting a Prius, I had a test drive and was very impressed. However the weather can be a bit extreme up here with a lot of rain and some snow in the winter. How does the Prius stand up to these more extreme conditions? I have ...

| Contrast Prius and Civic Hybrids | 05 Nov 2007 07:57 GMT | 24 |
We are looking to acquire a 4 door hybrid in the fall, and are now entering the research phase, prior to the dealership visit phase. We are long time (30+ years) Honda owners, but hybrids are sufficiently different to dispense with blind marque loyalty.

| Web forums? | 04 Nov 2007 21:56 GMT | 5 |
One of the problems with USENET have been the trolls. Some groups adopted moderators and auto-bots . . . something "alt.*" seems to reject. In contrast, the web based forums have solved the problem by using moderators, the very thing for serious discussions. These are the

| NHW11 and NHW20 cell packs, interchangeable? | 01 Nov 2007 23:17 GMT | 2 |
Just curious if the cell packs between the NHW11 and NHW20 have the same physical dimentions and interfaces. This would allow use of packs from either vehicle to rebuild battery packs in the future. Thanks,

| Looking forward to October sales | 01 Nov 2007 20:27 GMT | 1 |
Although impacted by the mortgage credit problems, I'm looking forward to the relative Prius and other, similarly priced vehicle sales in October. For other reasons, I suspect the Camry hybrid numbers will be pretty good too.
