They like the Camry because it's bigger, has more power and seemed
more normal.
Maximum roof loading16 Jul 2008 15:31 GMT1
Has anyone fitted a roof rack and/or roof box to their Prius.  If so, do you
know what the maximum roof loading is?  I'm off on a long touring holiday on
Friday and will be taking a 470 litre top box, capable of 60 Kilos (about
132 lb) but I don't want to load it above whatever ...
Ethos gasoline additive - fact or fiction?14 Jul 2008 23:54 GMT6
A colleague (not a Prius owner, but interested in alternative fuel vehicles)
asked me if I knew anything about the claims being made by a company that
sells an additive called Ethos (I think it's basically acetone).  The claim
is that mileage can be improved by up to 20% or so ...
question about roofrack14 Jul 2008 06:30 GMT2
I could use a bit more space in the holidays.
A roofrack and a box (Thule) would do the trick.
Until now I've only seen a roofrack that can be bought at the Toyota dealer,
but none at Halfords that fits.

The origin of "Snow job" will lost in just a few generations now that
Anthony is gone.
Toyota to assemble Prius in US13 Jul 2008 03:10 GMT3
For the first time outside Japan or China in its 10 years history.
Toyota is re-tooling its Blue Springs, MS plant (still under construction)
originally designed for Highlander SUVs to produce Prius by late 2010.
Hopefully the plug-in version by then.
surface of the road11 Jul 2008 20:47 GMT6
Last Thursday I got my new Prius (the "standard" one).
I'm extremely happy with it. It drives like a limo.
Yesterday I drove my first 500 km from Eindhoven (Netherlands) to the north
of France (Lille).
Preminums07 Jul 2008 12:29 GMT7
What preminums is everyone paying for a new Prius?
Anyone buying under MSRP?
In my area the preminums are $1.8k - $5k depending on the dealer.

Thinking about a Prius07 Jul 2008 12:13 GMT20
I've been looking at the Prius online & downloaded the brochure for it.
Need to save up a bit more for a down payment in order to get a better
monthly payment. I also know that my car won't get that much as a trade in,
I've already looked up that year. Ugh, car payments again! Right ...
Motorola Z6c - No Audio on Prius Bluetooth Handsfree06 Jul 2008 22:05 GMT1
I got a new Motorola Z6c phone, and I paired it to the Prius flawlessly. I
have used a RAZR V3 and V3m in the Prius with success in the past. The Z6c,
however, does not connect the audio to the Prius handsfree system. It makes
and receives calls as expected, but there is no audio ...
Revenge of the Prius Driver03 Jul 2008 23:07 GMT1
http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/opinion/chi-0628edit2jun28,0,3529727.story
Used to be, when you pulled up to the light next to one of those big,
brawny, incredibly massive SUVs, you felt inadequate in your puttering
little sedan. Admit it. You did. The sport-utility vehicle ...
