Need data on CO2 emissions for a 05 Prius28 Sep 2008 23:25 GMT8
The car was purchased in the US and recently brought to Norway.  I am trying
to register it here. The problem is the customs duty is so steep, I need to

find any documentation about this in the US (I have ...
do you think that prius is really saving us money?22 Sep 2008 02:27 GMT1

Prius nowadays, you have to think twice before going out. Why? well

My "Army green 501" (Silverpine mica) has been averaging 51.1 MPG. I do a
lot of coasting; of course I have to keep an eye on tailgaiters.

I'm going to drive my Prius into the mountains in September for holidays.
I know that there is a B-gear that enables the car to brake on its engine

that Toyota is asking for a new disk.
B for Mountain gear06 Sep 2008 21:39 GMT2

Torn Between Two Hybrids05 Sep 2008 01:38 GMT2
I work as a Sales Rep in Southern Ontario, Canada. Currently, I drive a
Pontiac Vibe but, given the rapid rise in fuel costs, I am considring buying
a hybrid. My favourites are the Prius and the Camry. I put about 40,000
miles per year (mostly highway miles) on the odometer and ...
New Prius (2009) sound system - like JBL / upgradeable by audio shop?03 Sep 2008 21:39 GMT6
I just ordered a 2009 Prius with the standard sound system.
I wasn't really happy with the sound when I test drove the Prius and
I've subsequently learned that it imay be hard for audio shops to
upgrade the system
Outside Air Temperature02 Sep 2008 16:47 GMT43
I think I understand why the computers in the Prius may need to know
outside air temperature but can anyone give me a good reason why the
car feels the need to tell me?  I far as I know there's nothing I can
do about it so why take up room on the display panel.  What might be
Rear brake replacement on '0401 Sep 2008 19:35 GMT4
Later today I'll pull the rear brakes apart, turn the
drums and install new shoes.
That's despite the fact that the existing shoes, at 55k
miles, look fine. My problem has been a last-second
