I have a 93 4runner with the engine light on which shows the oxygen sensor is not working. The car is producing 3 times the limit CC and HCC emission ... does anyone know if the oxygen sensor can cause so much of emission ... thanks

I have an 86 toyota 22re fuel injected truck. The Charge light and the brake light have decided to stay on for no reason. If I rev up the RPMs real high the lights goe out. What do I replace or check to fix this problem?
