The U-joints are gone in the front knuckles and the Haynes and Clymer
shop manuals don't have any repair info.

Has anyone experienced what feels like a shimmy coming from the rear
end when taking off at low to medium speeds? It feels like it is the
rear end or somewhere along the rear part of the drivetrain. Any hints

The book shows doing this with a spring tensionometer. I went to 2 auto
parts stores and nobody every heard of such a tool and couldn't find it
in the catalog. Is there another way to do this like the old way of
tightening then loostening 1/4 turn?
