Keyless entry or not?25 Jul 2004 02:51 GMT2
I purchased a 1995 4-Runner SR5 about three months ago.  They told me that
it had a keyless entry, but when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find
the remote.  Then the salesman told me that it wasn't keyless entry. (I got
the feeling that he didn't know for sure.)
Another Tacoma Vibrating at Speed Post24 Jul 2004 04:48 GMT5
97 Tacoma, V6, 4WD, 195K miles.
Noticed slight vibration at 55-65mph about 30K miles ago.  Got new tires,
albeit the cheapest ones they had.  Vibration seemed a bit less after
installing the new tires, but I think its getting worse again.
New Tacoma in '05 ?23 Jul 2004 23:19 GMT9
I've read posts on this group back into March and haven't found anything on
a new Tacoma in '05.  I want to buy the double cab 2wd but if a new version
is coming out soon, I'd like to wait.  I like the size and power of the
Canyon/Colorado and I'm hoping Toyota is going to do ...

I drive an '85 4x4 Toyota Pickup, with a 22r and a manual trans.  Just
wondering what the difference is between a High Performance exhaust
and a Cat-back exhaust? Or what even is a Cat-back exhaust? Which type
should I buy for my truck?
1995 4-Runner Mud Flap/Flare23 Jul 2004 00:40 GMT4
I have a 1995 4-Runner SR5 and yesterday I backed up too steep of an incline
and ripped the right rear mudflap completely off.  The bumper isn't damaged,
but the flare/flap is shot.
I have looked all over the internet and can't seem to find a replacement to
IS Flares vs TRD flares?22 Jul 2004 15:49 GMT2
Anybody know if I can replace the TRD flares on my 03 Tundra extended
cab with the Ivan Stuart flare kit?  I'm looking for a lower profile
flare and I can't see any change in the body style between a 02 and a 03.
Tune Up suggestions22 Jul 2004 02:19 GMT1
I am getting ready to do another tune-up on my 92' Toyota Pickup V6 with 205,000 miles.  I know that their are many opinions but I am querying the newsgroup for the best cap & rotor and spark plugs.
Thanks
Tony

Well I ordered an 2004 Tundra Double Cab with the off road package.
Is there anything I should know / do before driving it lots?
i.e. should I put anything special on the paint to protect it from
scratches? (I do travel off road a fair bit)

My Toyota has been so good to me that I only have 1 complant with my 1998
4Runner.  I can't keep the ash tray closed.  It slides in and out like a
well oiled drawer.  Anyone else have this problem?  What can I do?
