I just finished replacing the original plugs in my 2000 4runner. I went on line and found Autolite platinum plugs. Well, AFTER I get them in, I notice in the owners manual there's warnings about NOT using the single electrode plug. I'm suppose to use the two electrode plug. Can ...

| shock absorber questions | 30 Dec 2004 02:30 GMT | 1 |
I need to buy new shock absorbers for my 88 4runner, it has about 2" of lift. I went to the local auto parts store, and they have Monroe sensa trac shocks for $40 each, but they are not sure if you need to buy a special size due to the 2" lift, or if the standard ones will work?

Somewhere I read that you installed a 2" spring set under your 4-runner (Northwest Offroad I think). Anyway there was some problem with the shackles hitting the frame. Had to be extended 1.50". Northwest has a 2" spring kit that want to install on my 80 short

Having a hard time finding load rated D or E tires for my 2000 Tundra V8 4x4. Goodrich has one (load range D) in 265 70 16s for about a ton of money. There are, however, ample tires (for much less money) in 265 75 16s. Has anyone had problems with this slightly bigger tire?
