95 4 X 4 3VZE limited SR5 4Runner.  A/C works inconsistently.  O.K. on
start-up sometimes.  When engaged on instrument panel, A/C light is on,
system is blowing.  When colder or wetter outside seems to work O.K. at
all driving speeds.  When hot out works part of the time then blows ...

My 97 4Runner came with a passive VIP secrity system.  What's the best
way to upgrade it so I have keyless entry?  Thanks.

Has anyone experienced any pinging in the eng especially when the weather

I have been shopping for a truck for over a month and really wanted a
Tundra Access cab. My local dealer called me Thursday and said he had
one I might be interested in. It was a 05 double cab with 7700 miles. I
went and drove the truck and knew this one was what I wanted even ...

I left my 2000 4Runner parked for about 5 hours.  When I returned, it
was making a clicking sound, the light red security light was flashing
on and ff and the battery was dead.  I have never seen anything like
this and I do not believe anyone messed with it.

What is the diference between TRD off-road and TRD sport ?

Can anybody give me some help on removing the overhead console--one
with compass and lights-- in a 2005 Taco Prerunner?

The valve cover gaskets have been going to a long time creating a huge
mess. A few oil changes ago, I noticed it was leaking more oil then
normal. You know where I parked, even if I only parked for an hour.
Last week I changed the valve cover gaskets and cleaned the entire engine

Can anyone give me a pointer to a website on how to recharge the AC on my
2000 V6 4Runner?  I'm assuming I need a R134a recharge kit with a gage and
I'm assuming the connection are standard with the kit.

My Truck is a 1988 Pick-Up 4-W drive and has the 3.0 liter 6 cylinder.   I
have  heat / air circulation vent  and I would like to upgrade to A/C in the
truck since it didn't come factory.  Any advice would be appreciated.

This is  going to  be fun.  The key broke off in the ignition.  It broke off
past the switch, within the ignition, that activates the buzzer.
My first thought was to put a little bit of superglue on the end of the
existing key push it in and hope that it cements to the broken part ...

I have 35000Km (21700 miles) on my 04 Tundra D/C 4X4 and the front
brakes need replacing. Is this normal the dealer says that it is a heavy
vehicle and this is within the specs and "totally normal" is he full of
!@#$ ?

    I have a '92 toy pu. w 280k miles.
    couple years ago, started surging, losing power on corners, and hills.
    dealer said could be fuel pump.
    replaced pump, everything fine.

Can anyone recommend a decent tonneau cover for my 2005 access cab Tacoma?  
I've been Googling a fair amount, but I'd like to hear feedback from actual
