Hi all, I'm a proud owner of a 94 toyota pickup with the 22re motor. My
concern regards the head. To make a long story short, I was orignally
replacing the timing chain and gears with one from lc engineering and
accidentally dropped my head on the cardboard I put on the ground. My

the belt on my tundra started squeaking a while ago, the belt looks fine and
the tensioner is in the right position, i tried using belt dressing and
doesnt squeak as much but a few times it wouldnt start in the cold, it would
screech and stall. .  could the belt be stretched out? ...

I changed spark-plugs,cap,rotor,air-filter,cat,muffler,tail-pipe.and set
time.Some power in 1st thru 3rd less in 4th
none in 5th gear        Any idea          Thanks

i have a toyota van (86) befor x-mas ,he stopt running,i changed the
igniter ,he run for a couple of miles ,and than he quit, now i have no

What a mess!  Thought placing a rag (old tee shirt) under the filter
area would catch any residual.  NOT!  It simply ran off onto the skid
plate and onto the garage floor.
Do you folks remove the plate for a filter change?

inclined to use Mobil One; any reason not to, other than the added expense?
