I have a '99 Tacoma--automatic, 6 cylinder, extended cab--that get 16
mpg.  What I sense from reading other posts here, that's quite low.  Any

Hey all, I guess it seems that I'm always having problems, but here's
my scenario now. I replaced the head gasket and the timing chain and
when I put it all back together, my transmission shifts funny. Before I
started the teardown, the transmission shifted as smooth as butter. Now

I heard that some guys wired up lights under the truck that come on
with the cargo light.
Cool idea for approaching a dark truck.

The headlights on my 98 4Runner have started turning on by themeselves
with the light switch off. Sometimes they come on and off for just a
few seconds. I can turn the switch on and off a few times and the
