Clutch replacement on a '98 Tacoma 4WD14 Apr 2006 03:30 GMT2
I hope this is the correct group to ask this question.  I have a '98
Tacoma, and I've noticed some squealing noises coming from under the
truck, and occasionally the gear slips while accelerating.  I'm pretty
sure it's the clutch.  I've got 140k on it, and I can't claim that I've
Exhaust parts sticker shock!!!!! Help!14 Apr 2006 03:28 GMT2
I found some rust perforation on the tailpipe, after the muffler, on my
97 T 100 V6. It's a one piece unit after the cat, muffler included, so
I figured I'd order it. $124.00. No big deal. I asked the parts manager
at Toyota how much the cat would cost. He mentions that there's a ...
How do I raise the seats on a 2006 Tacoma?13 Apr 2006 17:59 GMT5
I am considering buying a 2006 Tacoma.
It would be the ideal vehicle if the seats were not a bit too low.
Is there a save way of raising the seats without voiding the factory
warranty?
Tacoma vs. Tundra?  Reliability, performance, etc.13 Apr 2006 04:57 GMT11
I'm thinking of buying a newer truck, and I've been happy enough with my '95
Land Cruiser that a Toyota is first on the list.  I have yet to drive either
a Tacomo or a Tundra, so I'm starting from scratch.
The truck will be to replace the '86 Nissan that I bought just out of
'02 Highlander Rear Brakes13 Apr 2006 00:15 GMT1
I'm getting ready to replace the pads & rotors on my '02 Highlander
4WD 4-cyl, and have some questions that maybe someone could help with.
1.  The hub and rotor looks like it's all 1 piece.  Could this be?
2.  What size is that hugh axle nut holding the hub/rotor on?
'94 4Runner Starting Trouble?12 Apr 2006 12:31 GMT5
I have a 1994 4runner, 4wd, manual trans with 6cylinder engine.  Lately
I have been having some starting difficulty.  If I leave the car for a
few hours or overnight and then go to start it all I hear is one click
from the solenoid and then nothing.  The engine won't crank at all at
4 Runner 2000 6 cylinder Trouble Code P017112 Apr 2006 02:48 GMT1
I have a question for you guys.  First of all I hope I'm in the correct

My brother's 4-Runner recently did not pass smog due to a P0171 (Too

cam sensor on a 96 v611 Apr 2006 19:57 GMT2
I have a 96 tacoma with the 3.4l V6. The check engine light just came
on yesterday with a new one for me. Is the cam sensor difficult to
replace, or should I have a shop do it? Any special tools needed? What
is a typical price for the parts needed?
Jack a Tundra from the rear bumper?11 Apr 2006 15:12 GMT1
Kinda doubt it but thought i'd ask.  Mine has the tow package, as in not the
bumper set up for towing.
Got my '06 stuck in the mud the other day getting firewood from my woods
(damn those HT Duellers!) and stood there looking at it and thinking if the
1984 longbed, 22R engine...riveted choke???11 Apr 2006 05:33 GMT3
I need to adjust the choke on my 1984 pickup but the 3 screws seems to have been
replaced with rivets.  Does it come from the factory like this?...I notice in my factory
repair manual there is no mention of adjusting the choke, but this one seems to be set
back and since the choke ...

the ring/pinion.
