recently bought my 1989 toyota pickup from the original owner. its been well loved. at 217,000 miles, the v6 still runs strong. sadly, the brakes started acting up. here's the symtoms. excessive pedal travel, to the floor. no fluid

just a question i have tried to find a repair manual for my 97 RAV4 and have had no luck. i live in the Dominican Republic and it is a little difficult finding such things down here. Does any have and or know where i could download maybe a PDF copy of this?

I have a 1988 4Runner V6. I notice this in very cold temperatures or at highway speeds. The temperature gage will read mid mark and then when I hit the highway it drops down to just above the lowest , as soon as I slow down or come to a stop the gage will start to rise again ...

I just bought a 2004 4WD Tundra. Looking at the location of the oil filter makes me wonder how to change it without making a mess. The filter is right above the engine skid plate. Any suggestions appreciated.

I have a 94 4x4 Ext Cab V6 3L that has a blown head gasket. Truck is/was great shape very clean did not use any oil or leak oil. It has 220K and buying a new truck out of question. So trying to figure out my best options.

While driving in heavy sleet and snow recently, my wipers suddenly stopped in the down position. Upon closer inspection, I found they had actually gone down past the windshield and are resting on the plastic vented piece between the hood and windshield.

We've got a nice, heavy, color-matched fiberglass topper on our T100. As the temperatures have dropped to more normal winter levels, the truck has developed a symphony of different squeaks, all coming (seemingly) from the topper/truck interface.

Does anyone know if it is possible to slip one of the newer 150 HP 4 cylinder truck engines into a 91 4x4 Toyota truck with a 3.0 V-6? I have 285,000 miles on mine and although the engine is running fine and I've replaced some necessary gaskets I know it is only a matter of time

My truck is running like crap! No power, backfiring sounds in the engine, and when I give throttle, it sputters and barely has enough power to move forward. Then sometimes it kicks in and runs normally for a while only to run bad again. I changed the fuel filter but here
