Greetings. I see this topic has been tossed around in this newsgroup for over six years, and I have read at least 50 past usenet articles on the subject. I wish to get an after-market limited slip differential for my pickup but I have been utterly unable to find one;

Is it O.K. to change the oil of a 2005 Tacoma to the 10W-40 as opposed to the 5W-20 recommended in the manual of the vehicle? Would it harm the engine? Thanks

Hi group, I am the original owner of a 1995 tacoma 4x4 with the 2.7 four banger. I have recently noticed that I am low about a half quart every 1000 to 1200 miles, a friend of mine noticed seepage around the valve cover and tightened the bolts, which were very loose.

How difficult is it to replace a timing belt on my 2002 Highlander with the 3.0L V6 1MZ-FE engine. I have changed the timing chain on my 22R several times which took about 7 hours each time. Wondering how this compares to replacing the timing

Yesterday my Tundra suddenly lost power and running poorly. Starts fine and runs ok while sitting still. Misses under load. ODB II multiple codes P0308 P1340 P1320 P1310 P1305. Spark plugs were changed about 2K miles ago. Truck has 100K miles. Any ideas.

Just picked up my 98 4WD Tacoma from a repair. The right hub had frozen and had to be replaced. I bought the truck for going skiing but have more or less given up that sport, so I rarely use the 4WD
