Hi, brand new to the group. Ran out of reasons not to own a small pickup for the odd jobs / hauling needs of rehabbing an old house. Looking at '94-'96 era Tacoma, would like 4WD / V6 / auto(so the wife can drive it too). Any particular problems with these trucks to watch

Hello all i have a 1985 Toy 4x4 SR5 with a 22RE motor. The motor seems to leak some oil out of the front of the motor. It had is seals done about a year ago when the motor was rebuilt. I think it might be the crank seal. Someone told me that the crank pully wears or something

I recentley came across something odd, my fan to the radiator is wobbling. note that the fan is connected to the motor not a free spin running electrically. it looks as if its loose at the shaft of the fan. the front blade mounts

94 4Runner V6 - I was told you can replace the A/C clutch without removing the compressor or interrupting the charge. anyone know if this is true? If it is, how difficult?

Hi Group, My wife's car has a slow A/C leak. We've had it at the dealer 3 times over the past 5 years and they keep telling us that it's fixed, yet every spring I have to recharge the system.

This is making me crazy.... so that measns it is something simple... I had power to the cigarette lighter in my 97 Tacoma ... now I don't. Fuse is good - I have power to the fuse box and continuity through the fuse.

Well those of you who have a 97 4 runner (if you have not gotten rid of it already)I have rust starting on the rear bumber.. so i think it's time to replace both of them she's black with the standard chrome bumbers.... has anyone chenged them before?
