Found out ex-wife traded in her 95 4-runner for a Rav 4. I had told her
I wanted it if she was going to trade it in, but she did it anyway. They
gave her $500 for it and the dealership said they wanted $1500 for it. HAH!
It needed motor work, and probably injection work as well.

I've a 99 and now a 2000 tacoma ext cab 4wd and they both have a dash rattle
coming from the air bag area on the passenger side.... what casues this and
what can be done about it.... my brother has a 98 and it has the same
rattle.....

1989 Toy 4x4
This during this cold Colorado winter, I first had problem shifting into 2nd
gear.  It would not go all the way into 2nd, I had to hold it in place while
driving.  After a week or two, 2nd gear seemed okay and 3rd gear became

I believe that the time has come to replace the head gasket on my '85

I have had a sagging back end for years on my 1993 3L Auto 4x4
4Runner.  It was true when I got it at 60K... and it was still true at
170K last month when I just had to have a solution for a big trip and
need to tow something.

I have a 93 4runner with an auto tranny, and sometimes when I accelerate, it
feel weak, like the gear is slipping? It only happens in first.   Any help?

I just got a 1990 4Runner would like to put a hitch on it and want to
know how much it can tow safely.  It has the 6cyl motor, manual

I have a 1999, Extended Cab, 4x4 V6 tacoma with a class 3 trailer
hitch.  Assuming weight is not a problem ( my cargo is light ).  What
is the largest size trailer that can reasonable be pulled with my
vehicle.  I am looking at 6x12 or 7x16 foot trailers ideally.  Would
"MAINT REQ" blinks on my dash for 10-15 seconds after starting my Tundra 200618 May 2007 21:55 GMT5
Why does my dash blink "MAINT REQ"  for 10-15 seconds when I start my
2006 Tundra?  It has 4500 miles on it.  Do I have to buy a reading
device to pull codes?  I prefer to do my own regular maintenance and
any repairs I can handle.

How can I set my laptop up to analyze my Tundra's (2001) computer

Having some problems with my IFS on my 1990 SR5 xtra cab.  The side gear
shaft (axle flange) on the right (Passenger) side has quite a bit of play in
it.  I was told that there is a bearing inside but the housing (Carrier) is
worn so the bearing can't be replaced so I have to ...

I've got an 87 2wd and you have to pump the gas for the engine to
start, do I have a problem?
