To All,
I bought a used '92 4WD V6 extra cab truck about a year ago and have
had a few questions about it that I posted here. They were all
answered promptly and were helpful. I check this NG regularly and see

I am looking for a solid bumper that wraps around the rear fenders a
bit, AND has a class 3 hitch.  Does such a bumper / hitch combination
exist?  The only ones I can find that include a hitch, can not be used
for towing.  Thanks for your information.

I am the proud owner of a 1992 extra cab 4WD truck with the V6 engine.
It now has 180,000 miles on it. The previous owner had repaired the
wiring to the O2 sensor because the person who put the new exhaust in
laid the wires on the exhaust pipe and they burned through. There are

I have read some posts in this group that recommend using a "weight
distributing hitch" with a 1999 tacoma.  Yet, the manual says that a
"weight distributing hitch" is not recommended.
Why wouldn't toyota recommend the "weight distributing hitch"?  My

I need to replace one of the tailgate cables on my '99 tacoma.  Do I
just unscrew the phillips head "screw" where the cable connects to the
truck bed?  The cable is on the way, and I just want to make sure I do
it right.  Thanks....
