My cruise control quit working.  The light comes on when I turn on
the cruise control but it will not engage.  I've checked the brake
level sensor & the parking break switch.  I've heard there is a speed
sensor that can go bad.  Does anybod know if there is a way to test it

I have a 1983 toyota pickup and lately when the engine is hot. It is
hard to get the engine started
also when the enigne is hot the truck has very little power and when
you take your foot of the gas it stalls. But the engine runes just

Any info on what would cause the o/d to not kick in? i have an efi 22r
with a/t and o/d button control on stick. Use to kick in when warmed
up now not at all. Changed fluid, new thermostat and checked all
fuses. any info would be appreciated.

Has anyone noticed that they seem to lose air pressure with these? I have an
07 Taco with 16" alloy wheels, and it seems I'm adding air every month or 2.
Even the spare, (steel rim) has tripped the sensor once. My previous Taco
with alloy rims never needed air more than once or ...

A while back there was a thread on Taco gas mileage. Someone suggested
that filling up with higher test gas could help improve
mileage.(Something about the octane sensor advancing and giving better
performance.) I gave it a try in my 07 six cylinder with manual tranny.

finally disconnected the daytime running lights - WOW  I like the truck even

I have a 2001 Tacoma 4x4.  I'm starting to consider getting a new
Tacoma, but my biggest complaint about my current one has always been
the rather bad or at least unsettling handling around turns and such.
I assume it is because it has a high center of gravity and relatively

what is the trick to changing the fuel filter on 2.4l eng in a tayota
tacoma. it is located under the intake , and i can only see the frint
banjoe fiting. and help would be helpful.
