A Pink Engine Part?19 Dec 2007 03:58 GMT3
I had a question about a pink colored part in the 6 cylinder engine of a
2006 DC SR5.  Found a 2006 with 18000 miles at a good deal around $20k.
They had to bring it in from another area, so I have not had a chance to
drive it yet.  They don't have any of my money or a signature ...
TPMS17 Dec 2007 17:45 GMT4
I just noticed the yellow warning light for tire pressure on my 2007 Taco.
The owner's manual says to contact the dealer if it flashed for 1 minute,  I
don't think it did.  There is no info on settings in the manual.  Pressure
in the front is 32psi, back 30psi, and the spare ...

I read the Lexus GX had a fix for the drowning noise that is made by the 4WD

crazy.
I can't find the story again. Anyone no of this problem and what the part
Transmission question 4runner15 Dec 2007 18:51 GMT2
Hi 93 4runner; I've had the transmission overhauled twice, this is the third

because he is seeing filings in the fluid after he drained it. He was
opening the trans again citing a lack of performance on ...

I just purchase a brand new 2008 4Runner (SR5 V6). Anyone out there has
anything to share on the new 4Runner. I did hear somewhere that the seats
are a bit uncomfortable and I agree. Not sure I can do anything about it
though.
head replacement on toy V6 engine11 Dec 2007 07:07 GMT1
Have a 3.4 liter V6 engine that needs one head replaced.  We have located a
supplier of rebuilt heads but I'm wondering if it's okay to just replace 1
head or if you have to replace both even though one has no problems?
TIA

Hood Scoop?11 Dec 2007 00:50 GMT2
I have a question for you knowledgeable folks. My 2007 Taco has one of
those fake hood scoops. Looking at the scoop it wouldn't take much to
make it functional. Is there any advantage to doing so, or will it screw
something up. I presume there is some reason that Toyota didn't do ...
