Just when I start getting the urge to trade in my '97, Car and Driver magazine goes and names the '05 Avalon #1 out of six cars in their 'big car' test. Argh. Unk

| extended warranty 2005 Camry ? | 07 Jun 2005 21:18 GMT | 6 |
Toyota sells an extended warranty to 100,000 miles and 7 years for about $1400 for zero deductible and $1500 for $50.00 deductible. I don't know how negotiable it is but I think it is as Honda came down to $1000.00. Are these warranties worth the money because you need to ...

| deciding on Sienna packages | 07 Jun 2005 20:45 GMT | 3 |
The package list in the glossy brochure is a pain to make sense of. Are there any websites that break down what is in one package but not another? Ideally I'd like to be able to indicate each item "must have" and "would be nice" and "wont pay for" to help come up with an ideal ...

| Air Conditioner stench | 07 Jun 2005 07:38 GMT | 26 |
My 03 Corolla has developed a bad smell when the AC is turned on. Is this coming from the evaporator? I heard dust, dirt & debris can get on it and rot because of the moisture from condensation. Is there a reasonably easy way to get at it so I can clean it?

| Part Number: air flow meter sensor-'90 Supra | 07 Jun 2005 03:25 GMT | 1 |
Would someone familiar with the '90 Supra (7mgte engine) be kind enough to check their air flow meter sensor part number (the number in white letters on the top side of the meter) and let me know what that number is? My sensor has the number 9808-849 and I just wanted to make ...

| 05 Camry odo problem? | 07 Jun 2005 01:13 GMT | 5 |
I forgot to mention one problem,, the odo registers nearly 3% too high. If not fixed that would mean the car could be showing 36,000 miles with warranty expired and only having 35,000 miles. Is this a simple fix or require a gear change?

| 2005 Sienna and XM | 06 Jun 2005 21:25 GMT | 11 |
We've been looking at the Odyssy and Sienna. Leaning towards the Sienna. I was very disapointed to see that XM radio isn't offered on the Sienna at all, even with the Nav system. I might pay the extra $2k for the nav system just to have it all integrated into one handy dashboard ...

| Copy of window sticker | 06 Jun 2005 19:37 GMT | 3 |
Is there a way to get a copy of a yota's original window sticker? I would think Toyota would have it matched up to your VIN. Anyone ever tried to get a copy, know how, or have any ideas? Stephen2

| Mysterious Oil Loss, 97 Tercel | 06 Jun 2005 03:54 GMT | 9 |
Well, the saga of the 97 Tercel (manual tranmission) continues. Review: Engine burned out due to oil leak, combined with lapse in checking oil. Engine was replaced with a used engine. Oil was then being lost at 0.7L/1000km. Valve seals were changed, which reduced
