2000 Sienna LE 82K miles.  I've owned it since 77K miles.  It gets less
than 15 MPG driving around town and we don't even have the A/C on that

Dontbelievethis is correct. I was explained by the mechanic that he CAN
install the wiring so the CD is always on, but because it is installed
