2000 Echo steering noise17 Jul 2005 03:10 GMT2
I've got a 2000 Echo with 90,000 km on it. It's been pretty good so
far, but has recently started making an odd noise, especially when
turning. It's an intermittent noise, that varies with speed. Sort of a
"scuff.. scuff.. scuff" kind of sound.

While enjoying our new Sienna LE, I wonder when it comes to service and
parts (gives me a shiver when it comes to it) is it that one dealer does it
better than the other in the same area? Is one nicer, or better in any way?
Whne something is serviced under warranty is it hassle to ...

of the Echo's that are for sale in this year have about the same number
Timing belt: did you change it, did it break on you?15 Jul 2005 06:23 GMT47
This is inspired by the other thread. For Camry owners especially (but
feel free to answer if you have another model, just name it):
1. Did your timing belt break on you? At how many miles? Did you get
warning (strange noises) or was it a sudden surprise?

I have a stick shift 02 corolla. After starting the car, if I shift to the
